Refunds

Refunds are not available once work on your weaving has begun.

Cancellations

You may cancel within 48 hours of payment for a full refund if work has not started.

Damaged Items

If your weaving arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. I will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue whenever possible.

Color & Design Variations

Because each piece is handmade and created through an intuitive process, slight variations in color, texture, and design are part of the nature and beauty of the work and are not considered defects.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No.

Many clients come with a feeling, season of life, memory, or question rather than a specific design.

Is this a tarot reading?

No.

The intuitive reflection process focuses on symbolism, themes, patterns, and reflection rather than prediction.

Can I request specific colors?

Absolutely.

You may provide 3–5 colors or allow me to select colors intuitively.

Can this be a memorial piece?

Yes.

Many weavings honor loved ones, significant life transitions, healing journeys, or important milestones.

Do you ship?

Yes.

Do I get to approve the design before it is made?

No. 

Intuitive Weavings are created through an intuitive and artistic process. Clients are commissioning my interpretation rather than a specific design. This allows the piece to unfold naturally and authentically.

What materials do you use?

I primarily work with wool, cotton, and natural fibers, and repurposed yarn, incorporating texture and color to create depth, movement, and meaning.

How long does the process take?

Most commissions are completed within 3–6 weeks, depending on current workload and the complexity of the piece.

Will my weaving look exactly like the photos on the website?

No. 

While I have a style and flow, every weaving is unique and created specifically for the individual receiving it.

Is the reading predictive?

No.
